Sales Officer
About the Role#
OZ sells Physical-AI infrastructure, not software licenses, not SaaS subscriptions, but permanent venue installations that fundamentally change how a stadium operates. Our sales cycle is consultative, technical, and high-stakes. Venue operators, league officials, and broadcast directors all participate in the decision. The deal sizes are significant and the relationships are long-term.
This is an AI-First sales role. You will use AI tools daily, from generating coverage proposals with OZ Designer to building data-driven business cases that quantify the operational impact of edge-sovereign infrastructure. Our land-and-expand model means each venue becomes a compounding reference that accelerates every subsequent deal. You are not selling features. You are selling infrastructure economics.
As a Sales Officer, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will conduct venue site assessments, run live demonstrations using OZ Designer to show coverage simulations, negotiate infrastructure contracts, and hand off to the deployment team. After installation, the venue becomes a reference site, and your best sales tool for the next deal.
What You Will Do#
- Own the full sales cycle for OZ VI Venue infrastructure, from initial outreach through contract signature
- Conduct venue site assessments and use OZ Designer to create coverage simulations and deployment proposals
- Build and present technical and commercial proposals to venue operators, league officials, and broadcast partners
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities across European and Middle Eastern sports and entertainment markets
- Develop deep venue relationships that expand over time. The land-and-expand model means every installation opens new revenue streams
- Collaborate with marketing on case studies, event presence, and industry positioning
- Provide market feedback to product and engineering teams: what venues need, what competitors claim, where the market is moving
What We Look For#
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in infrastructure, AV, broadcast technology, or sports technology
- Experience with consultative, technical sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long evaluation periods
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical products to non-technical decision-makers
- Comfort with AI-First workflows. You use AI tools to build proposals, analyze markets, and accelerate your pipeline
- Strong pipeline management discipline: CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and structured follow-up
- Willingness to travel regularly to venue sites for assessments, demonstrations, and relationship building
- Commercial instinct: you can structure deals that work for both the venue and OZ
Nice to Have#
- Existing relationships in European or Middle Eastern sports, broadcast, or entertainment venues
- Experience selling physical infrastructure (AV systems, networking equipment, stadium technology)
- Background in sports broadcast, live events, or venue operations
- Familiarity with infrastructure economics and land-and-expand sales models
- Arabic, German, French, or Scandinavian language skills
