What counts as "production"?
Any deployment serving external users, generating revenue, or running business-critical workloads. Dev, testing, personal projects, and internal tools are free.
Can I start free and upgrade later?
Yes. Same engine, same data, same queries at every tier. Upgrading adds a license key. No migration, no downtime.
Astro vs Professional?
Astro is hardware with a 36-month ArcFlow Cloud license included ($499 once). Professional is a software-only license ($49/mo). Choose Astro for physical-space capture and edge deployments; Professional for cloud, Docker, or embedded software.
Do Astro owners need a subscription?
No. The $499 covers everything, including 36 months of ArcFlow Cloud. Services (replication, monitoring, ops) are optional add-ons after that.
What happens if I stop paying for Professional?
Your deployment keeps running. You lose production rights and priority support. Your data is yours; export anytime.
Is Community really the full engine?
Yes. Every function, every algorithm, every capability. Community IS the trial. The only difference is the production deployment right.
How are nodes billed?
Each Astro includes its own 36-month ArcFlow Cloud license. Professional is per-node per-month. Multi-node coordination requires ArcFlow Replication or Enterprise.
Data sovereignty and compliance?
Astro runs locally with zero cloud dependency. Enterprise includes RBAC, audit logs, and on-premise sovereignty. Your spatial data never leaves your infrastructure unless you choose ArcFlow Replication.
