Can I work fully remote?+

Most roles support hybrid or remote work. Some positions (particularly field operations and hardware installation) require on-site presence. Each job posting specifies the location type.

Do you support international candidates?+

Yes. We work with candidates globally and support the process for qualified hires across all our locations.

What is your tech stack?+

Our core runtime is C++ and CUDA for edge inference and real-time processing. Python for ML training and data pipelines. TypeScript and React for OZ Studio, OZ Designer, and web applications. We deploy on custom hardware with NVIDIA GPUs at the edge.

How big is the team?+

We are a growing team across Silicon Valley, Reykjavík, Nagpur, and Dubai. With our AI-First workflow, a focused team delivers outsized impact. Individual contributions are visible and your work ships to production.

Can I use AI tools during the interview?+

Absolutely. We encourage it. We use AI tools daily and expect our team to leverage them effectively. We evaluate your judgment, system thinking, and problem decomposition, not your ability to code without assistance.

What does the equity package look like?+

All full-time employees receive ESOP grants. Vesting is four years with a one-year cliff. We provide full transparency on terms during the offer stage.

What does growth look like at OZ?+

At our stage, growth is fast and non-linear. Engineers ship to production within their first week. Scope expands quickly for people who deliver. We promote based on impact, not tenure.

How long does the hiring process take?+

Typically two to three weeks from application to offer. We move fast and respect your time. If a process stalls, we will tell you why.
