Camera Cueing: Panoramic Tracking to Optical Zoom Handoff

OZ PanoNode now streams predicted target positions to robotic PTZ cameras. The panoramic tracking layer tells the zoom cameras where to look, enabling optical zoom handoff from wide-field tracking to directed capture.

This is the bridge between tracking and production. PanoNode sees everything at once; PTZ cameras deliver the close-up. The cueing stream connects the two.
